The Leuchtturm1917 Classic Hardcover Notebook has a sturdy leatherette cover. It includes all the features you would expect from a Leuchtturm1917 Notebook: an elastic closure, two bookmarks, a table of contents, numbered pages, and sticker labels. It comes in Pocket (A6), Paperback (B6+), Medium (A5), Composition (B5), and Master Slim (A4+).

The Medium size is the most popular. It’s available in a wide range of cover colors and includes 185 pages of smooth, acid-free 80 gsm paper. The Paperback is slightly smaller and the Composition is slightly larger, but both boast 219 numbered pages. The Master Classic and Slim are over twice the lengths and widths of the medium, but the Slim only has 123 pages. The Pocket has 186 pages. The JetPens team found that it’s hard to get this small notebook to lie flat at first, but it will break in over time.

Leuchtturm1917 Classic Softcover Notebooks are nearly identical to their hardcover siblings. They have thinner, flexible covers and fewer pages for slimmer and more portable notebooks. Thanks to these characteristics, they lie flat fairly easily right out of the gate.

These notebooks are available in Pocket (A6), Paperback (B6+), Medium (A5), and Composition (B5) sizes.

Like its name suggests, the Leuchtturm1917 120 gsm Edition Notebook is filled with extra-thick paper that pairs perfectly with inky writing instruments. Fountain pens, markers, and brush pens won’t show through the page, so you can use both sides of the sheet without getting distracted by the things you wrote or doodled before. The notebook is heavier and thicker than a Leuchtturm1917 Hardcover Notebook, so we recommend keeping it at a desk rather than traveling with it.

The Leuchtturm1917 Reporter Notepad is top bound unlike its side-bound Leuchtturm1917 siblings. The elastic closure stretches horizontally across the bottom. The notepad includes 188 pages and comes in three sheet styles. Only the front side of each sheet is numbered.
